PACR
Coach is listening

Every run,
rewritten
for today.

PACR is an AI running coach that reads your last session, your true pace, and the air you're about to run through — then talks you through the workout, step by step, in your ear.

01 / Daily plan

Three inputs. One session.

The plan is rebuilt at 4am, every morning. No static 12-week block that ignores the fact you slept badly and it's 33°C outside.

INPUT 01
Your last run

Split drift, cadence, and how hard the end felt. If Sunday cooked you, Monday is 40 minutes easy — not the interval set you planned in January.

LOAD: 78 / RECOVERY: PARTIAL
INPUT 02
Your real pace

PACR models threshold from your own sessions, not a calculator. Targets move week to week, in seconds, not in tiers.

THRESHOLD: 4:28 /km ▲ 6s
INPUT 03
Today's climate

Heat, humidity, wind on the exposed stretch. The session gets the same stimulus at an honest pace instead of a broken one.

HEAT OFFSET: +14s / KM
02 / Voice coach

A coach in your ear, not a chart to read later.

PACR calls the next block before you get there, pulls you back when you drift 8 seconds hot, and shuts up when you're holding it. Answer out loud — "cut it short today" — and the session reshapes mid-run.

Block calls two beats before the change, so you settle instead of lurch.
Pace nudges only when you drift past your own tolerance band.
Say "cut it short" or "one more" — the plan rewrites mid-run.
Silent stretches on purpose. Coaching, not commentary.

Negative split, finally

Coach held me back for 6k and I hated it. Last 3k were the fastest of the year.

Slowest run of the week and the one that keeps the streak. PACR told me to jog. I jogged.

06 / FAQ

Questions runners ask.

What the coach does, what it costs, and how a plan that rewrites itself holds a marathon block together.

Is PACR an AI running coach?

Yes. PACR builds and rebuilds your training plan on its own every morning, then coaches the session out loud while you run. There is no template to pick and no coach to email — the plan reacts to the run you actually did yesterday.

Can PACR write a marathon or half marathon training plan?

Yes. Marathon, half marathon, 10K and 5K blocks are all built the same way: PACR sets the week from your race date and current fitness, then rewrites each session the morning you run it. A bad week does not derail the block — the plan absorbs it.

How is this different from a static 12-week plan?

A printed plan cannot know you slept badly or that it is 33°C outside. PACR rebuilds the session at 4am from three inputs — your last run, your real threshold pace, and today's climate — so the stimulus stays honest even when conditions are not.

Does the coach actually talk to you during the run?

It calls the next block two beats before the change, pulls you back when you drift past your own tolerance band, and stays quiet when you are holding it. Answer out loud — “cut it short today” — and the session reshapes mid-run.

Does it adjust running pace for heat and humidity?

Every session carries a heat offset in seconds per kilometre, calculated from temperature, humidity and wind on the exposed stretch. You get the same training stimulus at a pace your body can hold, instead of blowing up chasing a cool-morning number.

Is PACR good for beginners?

It is built for anyone running with a goal, from a first 5K to a sub-3 marathon. Because targets come from your own sessions rather than a pace calculator, the plan starts where you are and moves in seconds, not tiers.

Can I run with a club and follow routes near me?

Clubs share a weekly board, a long-run slot and a leaderboard that counts consistency instead of raw speed. Routes nearby are sorted by surface, elevation and shade at your start time, and flagged when they fit today's session.

How much does PACR cost?

The plan is free while you build the habit. Bring your watch, your headphones, and whatever the weather is doing.
